Landscape lighting takes a lot of abuse. Maintenance plans keep your landscape lighting system functioning optimally and looking as terrific as the day it was installed. We check all electrical and control systems for optimal performance, adjust and aim fixtures as landscapes changes, and keep fixtures looking and working great for years to come.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
The best offense is a good defense
That’s why it is so important that we select the right fixtures to begin with. There are lots of differentiating factors that can make some fixtures last much longer than others. We will guide you in making these selections from the very beginning. But even the very best products need to be tended to.
Electrical System Maintenance
Roots growing through wires may cause arching that can be seen from above grade. Testing the voltages and amperage of the system a few times a year helps to ensure that there aren’t problems going on behind the scenes. We check your electrical system to keep it running optimally throughout the lifetime of the system.
Seasonal and dynamic changes
But that’s only half the story. Landscapes are also dynamic. Trees grow, flowers may change seasonally, there may be continued additions. We install flexible systems so that when those changes occur we can expand and grow with them.
Maintenance also includes making sure that fixtures are aimed properly and that they are kept clean. Water can add mineral deposits on glass lenses and we treat them so that the buildup is minimal but we need to retreat them at least yearly to make sure that the light output stays as designed.
