You come home and for some reason, that gorgeous Japanese Maple isn’t lit up the way it should be. Maybe a wire was accidentally cut, maybe the LED driver failed. Whatever it is, just call us and we will come and take care of it. Service calls are for anything out of the ordinary with your existing lighting system. Or for new customers with existing landscape lighting that would like to upgrade to LED. Some limitations for customers with existing systems apply but please feel free to call us and we can talk it through.

Upgrades to existing systems
Have an old halogen system that you would like to upgrade? Or even an older generation LED system that just didn’t hold up? Give us a call. We can talk you through our options. Sometimes we can get them up and running or retrofit for LED and sometimes we have to replace the entire system. Regardless of your circumstance, we will help to the best of our abilities.
Services to systems we didn’t originally install
We do service systems that we did not originally install but at times it can be a little tricky to diagnose things. We charge $150 for a service call on systems that are not ours and if we can fix it right then we definitely will. If it’s a bigger problem we will give you a quote to repair it and come back at a later date to complete the service at an additional charge. And if it is something that will be too costly to repair we will apply the service fee to a new installation.
Service calls for existing customers
All new installations get a 2-year warranty! If anything goes wrong with the system due to fixture failure or installation oversight we will fix it free of charge. We also offer one free service call per year in the initial two years for accidental issues. Maybe a wire accidentally gets cut. Maybe the timer battery dies because of a power outage. Whatever the case may be, give us a call and we will take care of it.

AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD
After your initial two year warranty period we highly recommend signing up for a continued maintenance place. Or at the VERY least, call us a few times per year to give your landscape lighting system a general assessment. This will ensure that all electrical systems are running optimally and that your lighting equipment lasts as long as possible.
